September is here! A hugely busy month for the Gae

September is here! A hugely busy month for the Gaels on and off the field. Between now and the 30th, we’re training hard ahead of our historic trip to Mexico City @sanpatriciosgaa_cdmx - we’re coming for ye! We’ll also be running a ciorcal comhrá at @hughoconnorsdincansstreet for those looking to dabble in beagáinín Gaeilge and heading along to support our friends @irishnetworkhou on their family day. As always, everyone is more than welcome to join us- please reach out if you want to learn more. H’on the Gaels! 🤍💛🧡❤️

Officially 2 months out from our Houston tournament Space City Scramble Sponsored by Andrews Myers!! We are exited to have everyone out for this years football tournament.

We are looking to get teams interested in coming registered and given access to our Hotel Block with discounted room rates available until September 25th.

We have been keeping a secret... Our club was one

We have been keeping a secret... Our club was one of a handful selected to participate in a pilot Elevate Program sponsored by the USGAA. The aim of Elevate is to take developmental clubs and focus on specific areas to help the club grow and thrive. We are very fortunate to be selected to be a part of this pilot program. We are excited to announce that October 10-12th we will be having a consultant Colm Egan come down to work with the Gaels.

We are planning for a separate Men’s and Ladies football training that Saturday October 11th, as well as a coaching clinic for anyone who would be interested in learning the rules or just understanding the game better.

In addition, we are also planning to have a Community Day Sunday the 12th with a kids clinic and then an adults vs kiddos match to follow, plus lots of fun games!

It’s a sad day when we have to bid farewell to our friends. Today, Pádraig, our Irish Language & Culture Officer and valued player is heading off to his next adventure in NYC. We are going to miss his leadership on the pitch and his friendship off the pitch. The Gaels wish you all the best on your next endeavor and hope you take the world on like you take on an opponent on the pitch!! This not bye for good, rather goodbye for now!

Excited to host our annual Space City Scramble Tournament sponsored by Andrews Myers on October 25th!
We will have Ladies and Mens football, it will be a great opportunity for all to come out for some good competition.
